Jet Lag Relief

Jet Lag Relief assists natural recovery from the effects of long distance air travel and supports normal sleep patterns. It may be used by all members of the family. Jet Lag Relief is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form.

Dosage

Oral Spray
Use 2 sprays orally just prior to take-off and, if awake, every 2 hours during the flight. Dosage should be continued after landing as required.

Tablets

2 tablets per dose taken just prior to take-off and, if awake,every 2 hours during the flight. Suck tablets for 1 or 2 minutes before chewing and swallowing. Dosage should be continued after landing as required.

Jet Lag Relief contains the homoeopathic remedies Aconite 60x, Arnica 24x 60x, Bellis Perennis 12c, Chamomilla 60x and Coffea Crud 24x.
