Sports Action Anti-Cramp

Sports Action Anti-Cramp assists the body's normal response to cramps caused by excercise or sporting activity. Helps restore normal muscle function and movement. It is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet forms. Sports Action Anti-Cramp is also available as a gel for external use.

Dosage

Oral Spray
Use 2 sprays per dose orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required. Use before, during and after exercise. Can be added to drink bottle.

Tablets
2 tablets at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow. Use before, during and after exercise.

Gel
Rub liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required. Do not apply to broken skin.

Ingredients

Sports Action Anti-Cramp contains homoeopathic potencies of Arnica 12x 30x 60x, Cuprum Met 6c, Hypericum 30x and Mag Phos 12c.

Sports Action Anti-Cramp Gel contains tinctures of Arnica 2%, Viburnum Opulus 2.5%, Capsicum 1%, Echinacea 0.25%, and Chamomilla 0.25%, along with homoeopathic potencies of Belladonna 6x and Hepar Sulph 6x in a non-greasy paraben free gel base.

Suggested Companion Products and Advice

Nutritional supplements of Magnesium and Calcium may be beneficial. Try massage and stretching exercises for affected muscles. For best results use the Sports Action Anti-Cramp oral and gel forms together. The Sports Action Anti-Cramp Twin Pack is the best value option.
