Classical plus Remedies

 

The homoeopathic remedy Arnica Montana is made from the herb commonly known as Leopards Bane. Naturo Pharm's Arnica plus is manufactured using a mixture of carefully selected potencies (called a potency chord), which work on a number of different healing levels in the body at the same time, producing a faster and more effective remedy. Arnica plus assists the body's rapid response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising. Boosts normal recovery after strenuous excercise or exertion, surgery and in times of trauma. Arnica plus is available in a convenient oral spray form or as a cream in 90g or 30g tubes.

Dosage

Oral Spray	Acute: Use 2 sprays orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required. Chronic: Use 2 sprays orally 3 times a day as required.
Cream	Apply liberally to affected areas 3 or 4 times a day but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.

Ingredients

Arnica plus oral form contains Arnica in a potency chord of 6c, 12c, 15c and 30c.

Arnica plus Cream contains tinctures of Arnica 10% and Hamamelis 1.5% in a light, paraben free, non-greasy cream base.


Suggested Companion Products and Advice

Use both Arnica plus oral and cream forms together. The Arnica plus Triple Pack containing the oral spray, the cream and the extra strength gel is the best value option. Do not apply to broken skin. Follow the standard "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged. A health professional should always be consulted if the injuries are serious.
