Sports Action Anti-Cramp Gel

Sports Action Anti-Cramp Gel assists the body's normal response to cramps caused by excercise or sporting activity. Helps restore normal muscle function and movement. It is rapidly absorbed into the skin, is non-greasy and will not stain clothing. Sports Action Anti-Cramp Gel is available in an easy-to-use 90g tube. It is also available in convenient oral spray and tablet form.

Dosage

Gel

Massage in well prior to and again after excercise. Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required. Do not apply to broken skin.

Ingredients

Sports Action Anti-Cramp Gel contains tinctures of Arnica 2%, Viburnum Opulus 2.5%, Capsicum 1%, Echinacea 0.25%, and Chamomilla 0.25%, along with homoeopathic potencies of Belladonna 6x and Hepar Sulph 6x in a non-greasy paraben free gel base.

Suggested Companion Products and Advice

Do not apply to broken skin. For best results use both the gel and oral treatment together. Nutritional supplements of Magnesium and Calcium may be beneficial. Try massage and stretching exercises for affected muscles.
