Feeling the winter blues?

You might not be alone. Feeling sad or ‘down’ during the colder months is actually very common. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that tends to occur at the same time each year… and you guessed it—during winter. You might know it as winter depression or the winter blues. It presents as a general lack of interest in everyday life and persistent low moods. SAD sufferers often notice that symptoms will develop in autumn, and get worse through the months of June and July.

KALI PHOS

One of the greatest nerve remedies. Feels weak, tired, irritable and depressed. May experience feeling of hysteria with fits of laughter or crying. Homesickness. Averse to any

, physical or mental. Generally worse for cold.


SEPIA

Weak, empty, hollow feeling. Nervous restlessness and uneasiness in whole body. Feels indifferent and very sad. Averse to company but dreads solitude. Gloomy, feels unfortunate without cause. Anger when contradicted. Quiet and introspective. Feels cold even in a warm room.
