Arnica Extra Strength Gel
Assists the body’s natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion.
Available in a 100g tube.
INGREDIENTS
Active ingredient is Arnica 4x, 15x and 30x 15%.
Natural gel base contains Purified water, Carrageenan Gum, Xanthum Gum, Glycerine (vegetable based), EcoCert natural humectant and EcoCert preservative.
DOSAGE
Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required.
Do not apply to broken skin.
Wipe cap of tube after use as product residue can build up over time.
FURTHER INFORMATION
For best results use both the Arnica oral and topical forms together.
Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs.
Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or causes pain, is encouraged.
