Arnica Plus Cream
Higher strength cream assists the body’s natural response to injury, fatigue, bruising. Aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise and exertion.
INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are Arnica 4x 10% and Hamamelis 1:5 1.5%.
Natural cream base contains Purified water, Grapeseed Oil, Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride, Glycerol Monostearate, Glycerine, Schlerotium Gum, EcoCert Emulsifier, EcoCert Preservative.
DOSAGE
Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required.
Do not apply to broken skin.
Wipe cap of tube after use as product residue can build up over time.
FURTHER INFORMATION
For best results use both the Arnica oral and topical forms together. Use with Arnica Plus Oral Spray for best results.
Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight, strong-smelling substances and high magnetic fields like microwaves and mobile phones.

I love Arnica Plus- always travel with it and am right now sitting plastered with it and ice pack. Nice, pleasant base cream to use, aside from reducing bruising. Also find it helps slow down formation of under skin pimples, and soothes skin.
