Arnica Twin pack
Assists the body’s natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise, after trauma or surgery.
This twin pack contains Arnica 30c Oral Spray and 100g Arnica Cream.
INGREDIENTS
Arnica 30c Oral Spray:
Active ingredient is the homoeopathic potency Arnica 30c. Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol.
Arnica Cream:
Active ingredient is Arnica 4x 10%. Natural cream base contains Purified water, Grapeseed Oil, Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride, Glycerol Monostearate, Glycerine, Schlerotium Gum, EcoCert Emulsifier, EcoCert Preservative.
DOSAGE
Arnica 30c Oral Spray:
For acute support, take 4 drops, 2 sprays, 2 tablets or 3 pillules under the tongue every 15 min for up to 6 doses.
Decrease to 3 times a day for chronic support.
Arnica Cream:
Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required provided the skin is intact.
Do not apply to broken skin.
