Helps restore normal muscular activity and movement during the day and at night. Supports muscle relaxation.

INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are Arnica 4x 5%, Belladonna 6x 0.5%, Capsicum 1:10 1.5%, Hepar Sulph 6x 0.5% and Hypericum 1:10 2.5%.
Natural gel base contains Purified water, Carrageenan Gum, Xanthum Gum, Glycerine (vegetable based), EcoCert natural humectant and EcoCert preservative.
DOSAGE
Apply liberally to affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required.
Wipe cap of tube after use as product residue can build up over time.
FURTHER INFORMATION
For best results use both the gel and oral treatment together.Nutritional supplements of Magnesium and Calcium may be beneficial.Try massage and stretching exercises for affected muscles.
