    Helped me so much!

    Ignatia Plus spray helped me get through a recent loss. I felt constantly like I had rocks in my throat and the pit of my stomach. After a few sprays I felt it soften and my nervous system calm. It made life a whole lot more manageable through a rough time. I highly recommend for anyone experiencing grief and tough times :)
