INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Chamomilla 24x, Humulus Lupulus 6x, Ignatia 60x, Kali Bromatum 12x, Nux Vom 30c and Zinc Valeriana 24x.
Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.
Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.
DOSAGE
Take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue 3 times a day with a further dose at bedtime if required.
Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Also using Stresmed Relief to support the body's normal response to stress may be beneficial.
Supplement with Vitamin B Complex. Avoid the use of electronic devices before bedtime.
