Supports the body’s natural ability to cope with emotional and physical trauma, distress, exhaustion and grief.
INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Acid Phosphoricum 24x, Arnica 60x, Hypericum 60x, Ignatia 60x and Zinc Valeriana 12x.
Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.
Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.
DOSAGE
For acute support, take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 min for up to 6 doses.
Decrease to 3 times a day for chronic support.
Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Can be used by all ages, right from birth, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
