INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Hepar Sulph 12x, Hydrastis 6x, Kali Bichromicum 60x, Luffa Operculata 24x, Pulsatilla 60x and Sabadilla 60x.
Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.
Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.
DOSAGE
For acute support, take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 min for up to 6 doses.
Decrease to 3 times a day for chronic support.
Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Can be used by all ages, right from birth, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Additional Vitamin C may be beneficial. Can be used with a saline nasal spray. Also consider using alongside CGH 6x drainage to assist mucous drainage for faster relief.
