Sleepmed Relief

Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Melatonin 8x, Serotonin 8x, Interleukin 1 Beta 8x, Coffea Cruda 30c, Passiflora 6c, Kali Brom 12c and Chamomilla 6c.  Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free. Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.

Take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue 3 times a day with a further dose at bedtime if required.

Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Also using Stresmed Relief to support the body's normal response to stress may be beneficial.

Supplement with Vitamin B Complex. Avoid the use of electronic devices before bedtime.
