Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Cistus Canadensis 30c, Echinacea 6x, Hydrastis 12x, Iodum 60x, Kali Bichromicum 60x, Kali Iodatum 30c, Mercurius 30c, Sabadilla 60x and Sticta 6c. 

Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.

Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.

Take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue 2-3 times a day with a and again at night, 15 min apart for up to 6 doses if required.

Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Can be used by all ages, right from birth, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. 

Many people find that symptoms are relieved by avoiding alcoholic beverages at night.

Sleeping prone or on one's side and tilting the head of the bed upwards may also be beneficial.
