Sports Action Anti-Cramp
Supports the body’s natural response to muscle tension during sporting activities or exercise. Helps restore normal muscle function and movement.
INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Arnica 12x, 30x and 60x, Cuprum Metallicum 6c, Hypericum 30x and Mag Phos 12c.
Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.
Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.
DOSAGE
For acute support, take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 min for up to 6 doses.
Decrease to 3 times a day for chronic support.
Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
