Sports Action Recovery

Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Arnica 15x and 30x, Sarcolactic Acid 15x and 15c and Zincum Metallicum 12x. 

Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.

Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.

For acute support, take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 min for up to 6 doses.

Decrease to 3 times a day for chronic support. 

Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Can be used by all ages, right from birth, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Fluid and electrolyte replacement may be indicated.

Can be used alongside Crampmed Relief gel for added support.
