Travelmed Relief

Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Apomorphinum, Cocculus, Ignatia, Petroleum and Tabacum all in a 30c. 

Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.

Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.

Take 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue just before travel, repeating as necessary during the journey.

Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

An activity that will keep you above deck and focus your mind on anything other than the swaying environment will help. Find a place on the boat where the motion is at its minimum and which allows your eyes to look at land or the horizon.

Using the horizon as a true point of reference allows your brain to adjust to the unstable environment. Refrain from reading a book,  doing detailed work or staring at one point.
