INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients are homoeopathic potencies of Calc Carb, Calc Phos, Cimicifuga, Folliculinum, Lachesis, Mag Phos, Pulsatilla and Sepia all in 30c.
Liquid and Oral Spray contains Purified water and 11% Alcohol and is gluten, lactose and sugar free.
Tablets contain 80% Lactose, 18.9% Sucrose and 1.1% Magnesium Stearate and is gluten free.
DOSAGE
For acute support, take 4 drops, 2 sprays or 2 tablets under the tongue every 15 min for up to 6 doses.
Decrease to 3 times a day for chronic support.
Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
SUGGESTIONS
Vitamin B6 and Evening Primrose Oil supplements may be beneficial.
It can be helpful to apply a warm compress.
