Insomed Relief

Insomed Relief has beneficial calming and settling properties to help to promote natural sleep patterns. It is available in both convenient oral spray and tablet form.

Dosage

Oral Spray
Use 2 sprays orally 3 to 4 times a day with a further dose at bedtime if necessary.

Tablets

2 tablets per dose 3 to 4 times per day with a further dose at bedtime if necessary.Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.

Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.

Ingredients

Insomed Relief contains homoeopathic potencies of Chamomilla 24x, Humulus Lupulus 6x, Ignatia 60x, Kali Bromatum 12x, Nux Vomica 30c and Zinc Valeriana 24x.
