Dosage

Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required provided the skin is intact. Do not apply to broken skin.
Ingredients
Accident Relief Cream contains the tinctures Arnica, Calendula, Rhus Tox and Ruta Grav in a natural, grapeseed-oil cream base.
Suggested Companion Products and Advice
Do not apply to broken skin.
Use both Accident Relief cream and oral forms together for best effect.

Follow with the standard "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury.
