Dosage
Gel
Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required. Do not apply to broken skin.
Ingredients
Crampmed Relief Gel contains herbal tinctures of Arnica, Capsicum and Hypericum along with homoeopathic potencies of Belladonna and Hepar Sulph in a natural, seaweed-derived gel base.
