Crampmed Relief Gel helps restore normal muscular activity and movement during the day and at night. Supports muscle relaxation.

Can be used by all ages, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Dosage

 

Gel

 

Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required. Do not apply to broken skin.


Ingredients


Crampmed Relief Gel contains Arnica 4x 5%, Belladonna 6x 0.5%, Capsicum 1:10 1.5%, Hepar Sulph 6x 0.5% and Hypericum 1:10 2.5% in a natural, seaweed-derived gel base.


Suggested Companion Products and Advice

 

Do not apply to broken skin.

For best results use both the gel and oral treatment together.

​

Nutritional supplements of Magnesium and Calcium may be beneficial.

​

Try massage and stretching exercises for affected muscles.
