Dosage
Oral Spray

Use 2 sprays orally 2 to 3 times a day with a further dose during the night if required.
Tablets

Use 2 tablets per dose 2 to 3 times per day with a further dose during the night if required.
Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.
Ingredients
Contains homoeopathic Melatonin 8x, Serotonin 8x, Interleukin 1 Beta 8x, Coffea Cruda 30c, Passiflora 6c, Kali Brom 12c and Chamomilla 6c in oral spray or tablet form.
